Harold Roe Bartle
Harold Roe Bennett Sturdevant Bartle (June 25, 1901 — May 9, 1974) was a lawyer, banker, cattleman, politician, college president and renowned public speaker. He served two terms as the mayor of Kansas City in 1955.
