Halterneck
Halterneck refers to a type of women's clothing with a single strap around the back of the neck instead of one over each shoulder. This can refer to either a dress or just a seperate top (called a halter top); the latter is a type of sleeveless shirt similar to a tank top (in the American English meaning of the phrase).
