Hay Frederick Donaldson
Sir (Hay) Frederick Donaldson was an English mechanical engineer, born in 1856. He was Chief Superintendent of the Royal Ordnance Factories, Woolwich, before the First World War and chief engineering adviser to the Ministry of Munitions under Lloyd George.
