Hawaiian Eruption
Hawaiian eruptions are relatively gentle, low level volcanic eruptions, named for the volcanoes of Hawaii. Typically they are effusive eruptions, with basaltic magmas of low viscosity, low content of gases, and high temperature at the vent.
