Harley Refsal
Harley Refsal is an internationally recognised figure carver, specialising in Scandinavian flat-plane style of woodcarving. He was born and raised on a farm near Hoffman, Minnesota, USA, homesteaded by his Norwegian-immigrant grandparents.
