Half the Sky Foundation
Half the Sky Foundation is an organization formed by individuals concerned with the treatment and care of Chinese orphans. The charity was created in 1997, when several adoptive parents and educators found that many state-run orphanages were ill equipped to nurture and educate infants and toddlers.
