Ijlal Haider Zaidi is a retired member of the erstwhile Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP). He served in various key administrative and secretarial capacities, including DC Peshawar, Director General Radio Pakistan, Chief Secretary Baluchistan, Chief Secretary NWFP, Defence Secretary and Establishment Secretary.
