Industrial Espionage Act of 1996



The Industrial Espionage Act of 1996 was introduced on August 27, 1996. It was established mainly to promote the development of United States proprietary economic information produced for interstate and foreign commerce by protecting it from theft, wrongful destruction or alteration.
