Ingrid Roscoe
Ingrid Roscoe, PhD (University of Leeds) was born at Rugby School on 27 May 1944. Her father, Dr Arthur Allen, a squadron-leader in the RAF, was in Devon, closely involved in plans for the forthcoming D-Day landings.
