Inhuman Torch
The Inhuman Torch is a fictional character from an alternate reality off shoot of the Marvel Universe, known as House of M. In this reality a tyrannical Magneto rules earth, except for pockets like Latveria, where Victor Von Doom created that world's Fantastic Four equivalent "The Fearsome Four", to oppose Magneto.
