Indian Civil Rights Act
The Indian Civil Rights Act (ICRA), was enacted by Congress in 1968 as Title II of the 1968 Civil Rights Act. Portions of the ICRA that substantially mirror the Bill of Rights are popularly referred to as the "Indian Bill of Rights.
