Indiana Black Expo
Indiana Black Expo is a non for-profit organization headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana that is responsible for overseeing the state's two largest cultural events: the Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration, and the Coca-Cola Circle City Classic.
