Insilicos Proteomics Pipeline
Insilicos Proteomics Pipeline (IPP) is a commercial version of the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline, a set of open-source proteomics tools developed by the lab of Ruedi Aebersold at the Institute for Systems Biology. IPP is distributed by Insilicos.
