Imperial Guards Division
The original Imperial Guards Division was formed in 1867 with the 1st and 2nd Guards Infantry Regiments in the 1st Guards Infantry Brigade and the 3rd and 4th Guards Infantry Regiments in the 2nd Guards infantry Brigade.
