Indomethacin farnesil
Indomethacin farnesil is a novel antiinflammatory prodrug of indomethacin designed to reduce the occurrence of side-effects by esterification of the carboxyl group on indomethacin with farnesol. Indomethacin farnesil is marketed as trade names Infree and Dialon.
