Icasa
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is the regulator of telecommunications and the broadcasting sectors. It took over the functions of two previous regulators, the South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (SATRA) and the Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA).
