Injury to feelings
For targets of workplace bullying and/or discrimination, under UK Law, specifically Section 66(4) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, compensation can be sought in respect of Injury to feelings and to health: "for the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that damages in respect of an unlawful act of discrimination may include compensation for injury to feelings whether or not they include compensation under any other head."
