Inhumanism
Identified by the American Poet Robinson Jeffers, Inhumanism is the belief that mankind is too self-centered and too indifferent to the "astonishing beauty of things." Articulated in the first half of the 1900s, inhumansim views that humans may strive, but will always be unable to "uncenter" themselves.
