Injera



Injera (Ge'ez እንጀራ, IPA /ɨnʤǝra/, sometimes transliterated enjera) or taita is a pancake-like bread made out of teff flour. It is traditionally eaten in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Northern Kenya and Somalia (where it is also called canjeelo) .
