Ilkhanate
The Ilkhanate, also spelled Il-khanate or Il Khanate (), was one of the four major divisions within the Mongol Empire. It was centered in the land of Persia (Iran) and also included present-day Iraq, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan (Arran), and western Pakistan.
