The Instituto Superior TĂ©cnico (IST) is a renowned Portuguese Faculty of Engineering, belonging to the UTL - Universidade TĂ©cnica de Lisboa (Lisbon Technical University). It is a public institution of university higher education with great scientific and financial autonomy, founded in 1911.
