The Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg, also known as IEP Strasbourg or Sciences Po Strasbourg was the second IEP to be founded, the 9th october 1945Décret n° 45–2287 du 9 octobre 1945 portant création de l'Institut d'études politiques de l'université de Strasbourg, publié au Journal Officiel de la République française du 10 octobre 1945, p. 6383, after the IEP Paris (Sciences Po).
