Ilango Adigal
Ilango Adigal was a great tamil poet, who was instrumental in the creation of silappathikaram, one of the five great epics of South India. Prince Ilango Adigal was the brother of the Chera king Cheran Chenguttuvan (in modern day Kerala), in South India.
