Intraocular lens An intraocular lens (IOL) is an implanted lens in the eye, usually replacing the existing crystalline lens because it has been clouded over by a cataract, or as a form of refractive surgery to change the eye's optical power. Intrastromal corneal ring segments Intrastromal corneal rings (or intracorneal rings) are small devices implanted in the eye to correct vision. A typical vision correction using corneal rings would involve an ophthalmologist making a small incision in the cornea of the eye, and inserting two crescent or semi-circular shaped ring segments between the layers of the corneal stroma, one on each side of the pupil.

Intrinsics Intrinsics (also known as Xt, for X toolkit) is a library used in the X Window System. More precisely, it is a library that uses the low-level Xlib library and provides a friendly (object-oriented-looking) API to develop X11 software with graphical widgets.
Intro (Beyond Hell track) "Intro" is the first "track" to GWAR's 2006 album Beyond Hell. Although not considered a "real song", this intro plays a part in building up tension for the next track, War Is All We Know and setting the mood for the album's story with its subdued, ominious atmosphere.
