Jeff Hamilton (ice hockey)
Jeff Hamilton (born September 4, 1977 in Dayton, Ohio) is an ice hockey forward who plays for the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL. He spent his high school career playing for Avon Old Farms and his college career playing for Yale University where he tallied 80 goals and 174 points in 127 contests.
