James Harvey
James Harvey (born July 4, 1922) was a United States Representative from Michigan. Born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, he enrolled in the University of Michigan in 1940 but interrupted studies in 1942 to serve in the United States Army Air Forces for three years; he earned an LL.
