Javier Soriano Frias
Javier Soriano (also known as Javier Soriano Frias; born June 1, 1951 ) is the CEO of Consorcio Intercom. Amongst his achievements, he was founder of Delta Comunicaciones Digitales a leader provider of two-way radio services in Mexico and was purchased by NII Holdings, Inc.
