Jeffrey Frankel
Jeffrey Frankel (born November 5, 1952 in San Francisco, California) is a Professor of Economics at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. A member of the Council of Economic Advisors under President Bill Clinton, Frankel is a noted international macroeconomist.
