James Flanagan (RUC)
Sir James Bernard Flanagan, KBE (15 January 1914–1999) was the first and only Roman Catholic Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary. There was a Roman Catholic Deputy Chief Constable, Michael McAtamney.
