Jakovs Pliners or Yakov Pliner, Russian — ĐŻĚков Đ“Đ´Đ°Ěльевич ПлиĚнер (born December 27 1946 in Rezekne) is a Latvian politician of Jewish origin and MP for the union For Human Rights in United Latvia.
