Jeffrey Howlett
Jeffrey Howlett (1928 - 20 December 2005) was an Australian architect. He was a founding partner of Howlett and Bailey Architects, which designed a number of Australian landmarks such as Council House, Perth (a high modernist skyscraper set in the Stirling Gardens which has since been restored).
