Jejomar Binay
Jejomar Binay is the Mayor of the City of Makati in the Philippines, having first been appointed to the post in 1986 following the EDSA revolution. In 1998 he was prevented from receiving a fourth consecutive term due to term limits but was re-elected in 2001.
