James Anthony Tamayo
James Anthony Tamayo (born October 23, 1949) is the current bishop of Laredo. He was ordained a priest on July 11, 1976 and ordained a bishop on March 10, 1993, becoming auxiliary bishop of Galveston-Houston and titular bishop of Ita.
