Jennifer Chiba
Jennifer Chiba was the girlfriend of singer-songwriter Elliott Smith at the time of his death at their home in Echo Park, California on 21 October 2003. Due to the ongoing yet inconclusive investigation by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office, speculation has arisen that Chiba may be somehow involved in Smith's death.
