James Francis Edward Stuart
Prince James Francis Edward Stuart or Stewart (June 10, 1688 – January 1, 1766) was the son of the deposed King James II of England and as such claimed to be James III of England and VIII of Scotland from the death of his father in 1701. However, his claim was only recognised by his Jacobite supporters, and he is more commonly known in the history of the British monarchy as The Old Pretender.
