James Coonan
James Coonan was born in 1947 to a lower class family in the Irish slum of Hell's Kitchen, New York. Coonan's father was extorted by Michael "Mickey" Spillane's Irish Mob, which ruled Hell's Kitchen at the time, and his mother--who was half German--had a very open affair with Spillane which destroyed Coonan's father's reputation.
