Jeff Sinnard
Jeffrey R. Sinnard (born October 6, 1962) is a transportation engineer who was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Congress to replace Rob Portman in the Second District of Ohio (map) in the special primary held June 14, 2005, finishing in fifth place.
