Jay's Upstairs
Jay's Upstairs was a staple of the independent rock, punk, and grunge scene in the Pacific Northwest. The infamous Missoula, Montana bar first opened its doors in 1984 and, after years of competing with various area hotspots, became a stopping point for every up-and-coming band passing through the northern states by the mid 1990s.
