James Russell Wiggins



James Russell Wiggins (December 4, 1903 in Luverne, Minnesota – November 19, 2000 in Brooklin, Maine) was the managing editor of The Washington Post from 1947 to 1966. He was president of the American Society of Newspaper Editors in 1959-60.
