Jacques-Édouard Alexis
Jacques-Edouard Alexis (born 21 September 1947 in Gonaïves) is the prime minister of Haiti. He was nominated by President René Préval on 21 May 2006, and during the next three weeks his nomination was ratified almost unanimously by both houses of parliament.
