Jeanson network
The Jeanson Network (French: RĂ©seau Jeanson) was a group of French communist militants led by Francis Jeanson who operated as a fifth column helping the Algerian National Liberation Front agents operating in the French metropolitan territory during the Algerian War of Independence. They were mainly involved in carrying money and papers for the Algerians and were sometimes called "The valise carriers" (Les porteurs de valises).
