Jack Frost is a 1997 horror movie featuring Scott McDonald about a serial killer whose prison transport truck collides with a truck of experimental acid that melts his body and bonds it with the snow, transforming him into a mutant living snowman with ice powers such as being able to freeze and unfreeze at will, and fire icicles out of his hands.
