Jeff Rackley
Jeffrey ("Jeff") S Rackley (born September 12, 1952 in Nelson, New Zealand) is a retired boxer from New Zealand, who competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich. There he was defeated in the second round of the Welterweight (-69kg) by GĂĽnther Meier of West Germany.
