Jadwiga of Poland



Saint Jadwiga (February 18, 1374 – July 17, 1399) was a Polish monarch who reigned from 1384 to 1399, and is venerated by the Roman Catholic Church as Saint Hedwig (Jadwiga) the Queen. She is the Patron Saint of Queens, and of United Europe.
