Jagmohanlal Sinha
Jagmohanlal Sinha (born 12 May, 1920) is a former Indian Permanent Judge. He is known mostly for his 1975 ruling on the election of then Indian Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi , in which he declared the election invalid.
