Jeff Rouse



Jeffrey ("Jeff") Norman Rouse (born February 6, 1970 in Fredericksburg, Virginia) is a former international swimmer from the United States, who won the gold medal in the 100 metres backstroke at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. There the student of the Stanford University was also a member of the winning American relay team from on the 4x100 meter medley relay.
