Jaroslav Durych
Jaroslav Durych (December 2, 1886, Hradec Králové – April 7, 1962, Prague) was a Czech prose writer, poet, playwright, journalist, and military surgeon. Prior to World War II, perhaps the only Czech author beside Karel Čapek with works translated into more than one foreign language.
