Kashgarli Mehmud
Mahmud Kashgari ibn Husayn ibn Muhammad was born in Kashgar East Turkistan (Modern Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China). His father, Husayn was the mayor of Barsgan, his mother, Bubi Rabiya Basri, was an intelligent woman.
