Kenny Payne
Kenneth Victor Payne (born November 25 1966, in Laurel, Mississippi) is an American former professional basketball player who was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 19th pick of the 1989 NBA Draft. Payne played in 4 NBA seasons for the 76ers from 1989–1993 and averaged 3.
