Keenan Wellar
Keenan Wellar (born July 24, 1968, in Evanston, Illinois) is the originator and co-founder of the LiveWorkPlay self-advocacy organization (established in 1995) for people with intellectual disabilities based in Ottawa, Canada. It is a little known fact that Keenan was drafted 123rd overall in the NHL Entry Draft in 1986, at the age of 18, to the Chicago Blackhawks, his homestate team.
